Beyond the Office: A Countywide Concern
Our community’s challenges with property assessment aren’t just hearsay. From lawsuits to administrative errors impacting our schools and county services, it’s clear we need a new approach.
My Pledge: Openness, Fairness, Unity
As your Assessor, I pledge to be your advocate, ensuring our office is a beacon of transparency and fairness. My administration experience guarantees an open-door policy, where all voices are heard and respected. Together, we’ll create solutions that serve everyone’s best interests.

A Change For Better
In addition, five years ago an embarrassing situation was reported in the press where a gross error was made that caused a severe impact on the budgets of county agencies and the school district.
My professional background is in City Management. My administration has always been open and transparent. As I said before, the Assessor needs to be an advocate for those who elect him, not an adversary. My goal is to bring everyone together to fix the issues that are before us so that the process can be accessible and understandable to the public and fair to all concerned.
I have experience as a Facilitator. Working with people of differing views to develop sound solutions has been a benchmark of my professional career. We may not always agree with an outcome, but we will all understand how the outcome was derived and how it impacts the common good.
